Hey, I’m Dave — I run a restaurant, raise three kids, and try to keep a ridiculous number of plants alive in between. After 20+ years in restaurants, I’ve missed a lot of moments I shouldn’t have. Time with my kids, holidays, even just a chance to breathe. So now, I’m chasing something different.

Grow Tent Kitchen is where I mix my love of indoor gardening, growing food, and yes — cultivating a little cannabis for personal use — into something that feels real. This is a space for houseplant lovers, homegrowers, and anyone trying to build something they give a damn about — even if they’re doing it tired, between shifts, or during nap time.

I don’t claim to have it all figured out, but I’m rooting for all of us.
